Refund Policy

Last updated: April 29, 2026

We want you to enjoy AEE. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right. How a refund is processed depends on where you bought the subscription.

1. iOS App Store purchases

All in-app subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store are billed by Apple, and refunds are issued by Apple — not by us. Apple's policy generally allows refund requests within 90 days of purchase.

To request an Apple refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, find the AEE transaction, and tap Request a refund. Apple typically responds within 48 hours.

If Apple denies your refund and you believe there's a billing error or service issue on our end, open a ticket below — we can vouch for the issue when you re-submit, but we cannot move the money ourselves.

2. Web (Stripe) purchases

For monthly or annual subscriptions purchased through our website via Stripe:

Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. Founders Lifetime tier

The Founders Lifetime tier ($29 one-time) is refundable within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 30 days, the purchase is final because the lifetime entitlement has been irrevocably attached to your account.

5. How to request a refund

The fastest way is to open a ticket and select Refund request as the category — we'll route it to billing and reply within 2 business days:

You can also email aee.support.official@gmail.com with your account email, the approximate purchase date, and which platform you bought on (App Store, web/Stripe, or Founders).

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost both sides money and almost always end with the same outcome a refund ticket would have — but slower and with collateral damage to your account standing.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies.
